We have just returned from an amazing Baltic Cruise Experience. We thought that the ship was wonderful - it was very clean. The staff are first class could not fault a thing about any of them - special shout out to the Activities Manager he does a brilliant job. The food was incredible- we ate mainly in the Dining room and food and service was incredible. We thought that the food in the Windjammer was excellent too but it was a bit of a scramble at peak times to get a free table even to share.

The itinerary was fabulous we loved every port of call but the highlight for us was Russia St Petersburg it was breathtaking. The bars around the ship do fill up quickly and if you are on a late dinner service by the time you have eaten around 10pm the bars are packed and it can be difficult to get a place. If there was a big bar around the size of The Star Lounge where you could chat etc with or without entertainment that would be great but we usually found a place but it just took a bit of walking around. The entertainment was very good we loved The Ice Show, there were shows in The Metropolis each night, there was daily entertainment along The Royal Promenade too. Plenty of quizzes , karaoke and lectures.

Our cabin was spacious and we had a very big port hole letting in a lot of light. It was kept immaculately clean by our attendant who was there twice a day. Take some currency for Norway and Denmark, the rest are Euros, use credit card in Russia.
