When we first decided on this cruise for us it was to see 5 different ports in Hawaii, so when they kept changing at the last minute because of the Volcanoes we accepted things, then our cruise was set to go to at least 4 of the ports. None of the 17 people happy that went with us but we didn't have much to say, so plans are made for the excursions & then when we boarded the ship we found out that we were staying on Oahu an extra night then Maui for 3 night, we did go to the other side, not what any of us expected. So needless to say no one was happy but the hardest part I would say is the lack of compassion from NCL, not offer for compensation at all! It was like they didn't care at all about being a disadvantage for anyone on the ship. Some of our 17 people had never even been on a cruise yet or to Hawaii, so this cruise was very disappointing to everyone. I'm pretty sure none of them will ever cruise with NCL again & I'm not sure as a group leader I would recommend this ship to anyone. If some kind of compensation would have been offered it might have made a difference. This week they went back to the original cruise because they had to or lose some of their Hawaii benefits, it was very wrong the way they treated the passengers on our cruise as well as the couple of weeks before us. Entertainment is at a poor time if you eat between 7-8 pm since most shows are at either 6:30 or 8:30. Now for the good part, I had a wonderful suite ( I would highly recommend a Suite mush larger tha the other rooms), a great steward, a good butler (comes with the suite) & the tour group person I worked with was wonderful Zoe Davis. She personally went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need as part of our group needs. With out her it would have been a terrible experience. My cabin was always cleaned & anything I needed was there, so no complaints as for as my cabin. As far as food is was just ok except for Cagney's & the Teppanyaki were both great, the East meets West (watch out for extra charges for some meals) was ok, didn't really care for the Moderno Churrascaria. Things are a little high, watch out for all the extra charges, drinks can get really expensive. All in all not sure I would go on this ship again because of the lack of caring by corporate, most of the staff ok some also had an attitude, however they also were not told of the changes until the day of sailing so they had to redo everything. Not ready for the over 2000 passengers they had coming on the ship.

Not as expected
