Very disappointed. The ship was old and disrepair it was also dirty. It smelled like a sewer especially in cabin. The staff were not overly friendly (with the exception of a few) and most didn't speak English. There were tons 9f hidden charges, for example for pop. During the day the only free drinks were water, coffee and iced tea. Our cabin was disgusting with mild, rust and pubic hair. The dining room was always dirty and the food choices were limited in the sense that most of it was the same every day. Breakfast and lunch were always the exact same. Kids were allowed in the adult only whirlpools which meant we could not relax as we were next to screaming and splashing kids. They played the same 2 movies every night. Hardly any entertainment and what little they had were about 15 to 30 minutes long right at the "centrum" or fancy name for the main staircase!
Our cabin smelled like a sewer. The bathroom had rust and mold and pubic hair in it. We heard everything from the people next to us.
Havanna was very dirty, very crowded, and was obviously extremely impoverished and in need of major repairs to almost all structures. The sidewalks were impossible for someone with disabilities to navigate.
Almost no one spoke English. People were pushy and rude. The city was dirty and under tons of construction
