The ship is magnificent and the staff are really friendly and helpful and they are the only positives.

I have just returned from a 10 night Northern Europe cruise on the MSC Magnifica. I have cruised several times before and was looking forward to visiting different ports of call. Most of the docks were far away from any city centre and MSC charged €15.90 for the shuttle bus irrelevant of distance, whether it was 20 miles or 6. To go under our own steam the cost of one was £5 and the other was £12. Also an additional 15% service charge was added to all purchases on board ship. Some of the sanitizer’s around the ship were empty and although this was brought to the attention of staff no action was taken.

The food and the entertainment was extremely poor. I would definitely not recommend this cruise line to any of my friends and I would not holiday with MSC again.

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

Bed very comfortable although overall cabin fairly cramped. Balcony extremely small in comparison with other ships I’ve been on.
