This was our second cruise as a married couple. We took our nephew who is 15, and lives with us permanently. We all had so much fun that we can't wait to do another cruise together. The Freedom is a marvelous ship. There was plenty of activities for our teenager, and after his first meet with the teen club, he wanted to hang out with his friends daily. As a family, we enjoyed the ice skating, put-put, basketball, rock climbing, flo-rider and the nightly movies. The food was fantastic, even at the Wind Jammer cafe. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing - we ate like kings. We very much enjoyed the included dinner. Our only problem was an article of luggage that had lost its tag. We had to collect it at the service desk. As far as problems go, you could say we didn't have any. All of the wait staff and the crew were especially friendly.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

The cabin was small for 3 people, but having cruised before we knew exactly what to expect. The third bed folded down from the ceiling. A little odd having our 15 year old sleep in our room, but it was fine. We didn't board the ship to lay around the cabin for 7 days. Its only a place to sleep, shower and dress in the morning.

I will say that the TV's in the cabins and the channel lineup is a joke. Less than expected. I reckon they don't want you laying around the cabin all day watching TV - they want you out participating in activities or spending money on the ship.
