I chose RC at the last minute becasue we got a great deal. Whereas the overall ship was impressive to look at, it lacked a lot of details. ! of the 2 Drink machines ourtside of Sorrento's did not work the entire cruise. Do they not have a spare or someone that can fix these? 1 of the 2 ice cream machines by the pool only worked the first day. Once again, really?? I was unimpressed the free food choices. They want you to pay for anything above buffet food, basically. I've been on a few Carnival cruises and the Guy's Burger Joint was always packed and the food was wonderful!

The "air-conditioning" in the cabin was a joke. I was told that it "met specs" by putting out 20.7C air. However, it could not remotely cool the room down. It took 2 dyas and 10 calls to Guest Services to get the champagne and cupcakes my wife had ordered for my birthday. Everyone seemed clueless when we even mentioned it!

Our Kind converted twin beds would not stay together. I would wake up in a hole almost every night.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin 2N

Cabin was larger than expected. The large window, facing the front of the ship, made the room very hot even with the curtains never being opened. If you can't open the ccurtains, what's the point of having a window?? There needs to be a way to keep the twin beds that are converted to a King from coming apart.

Port Reviews

Labadee

It would have been nice if someone had warned us of the aggressiveness of the local merchants. My wife was terrified! Very disappointed in the lack of shops in Labadee.
