We are elite members sailed many times with princess.but this cruise was terrible. We had our room Tv going off and on, no internet, only warm water and food in main dining room awful. The entertainment was very sparse no production show in main theatre and pursers office not personable at all. At,our dinner table one person was a diabetic and requested special menu ahead of time and did not receive and did not get special meals at all! Princess claims to have renovated the ship but cabins have not been renovated they are old and rank! Old carpets and very lumpy mattress dirty bathrooms not only in our room but all over the ship very worn, tired and dirty furniture. I think the crew tried to help they tried to be helpful. There were many small children on board and we had a lot of crying and running down the halls. THIS SHIP WAS NOT MANAGED WELL AT ALL.
