We had a bad odor in our room. Carnival did nothing to correct the issue. 2 family members got sick. Customer service was uncaring and nonexistent.

Terrible. Many other passengers were complaining about the ship. It is older and has rust in most places. The food was terrible. We got the kids hamburgers and the buns on both were hard and stale. The kids asked to get something else. Not a lot in the was of selection either.

The room service was terrible. we did not have an cabin steward for 2 days. The guy who was supposed to be filling in never brought us any towels etc. Read more
