We chose this cruise for the itinerary. This was my first and last time on NCL! We are seasoned cruisers and never had issues on previous trips. Trip was fantastic based on the the ports of call, excursions we took and friends we made on the ship. Ship however, after coming out of dry dock we had high expectations that the ship would be in top notch condition. That shortly proved to be wrong. Several of the public restrooms were constantly flooded with disgusting toilet water. Restaurant staff was rude and unfriendly. Service was extremely slow every night (one night it was 45 min between appetizer and entree being served). Food was luke warm at best most nights. This occurred in all dining rooms. I can't speak for personally but other travelers had flooded rooms, horrible steward service, broken safe, broken door lock and the list goes on. Everywhere we went and met with fellow cruisers everyone was complaining about the ship. Restaurant staff was short staffed (question is how is that possible on a cruise when they know the number of guest on board). Entertainment (at sea day by pool) was subpar. On the plus side bartenders were awesome, band was good and my room steward was exceptional.
