I traveled on the Jewel with my husband, aunt, and uncle. We all loved the boat. We had fantastic customer service everywhere we went. The dining was an experience in all dining areas. We enjoyed trying them all. The shows were entertaining. We went to a few trivia and Q&A. We had great bar service from waiters. The boat was beautiful, loved the decor through out. Our cabin was small, we enjoyed having the balcony view.

The terminal in Vancouver is very crazy. There were multiple ships in port. Cruisers for all cruise lines go through same security and customs. It's not till check in for your cruise line that you are filtered away from the others. It's very crowded, took about an hour. Even though this happens weekly, it seemed like the first day. We were expecting the worst at the cruise terminal after we disembarked. It was very smooth at the terminal, there was 2 ships in port.

I would travel the Jewel again.
