This cruise had a lot of ports that were on our bucket list. We enjoyed the three over night port stops. Our room was nice and kept very tidy by our room steward Anton and his team. It could use some more storage for clothes such as shelves or a few more drawers. (That’s my only complaint). The ship is beautiful. The spa with the thermal suite and snow grotto is so cool. We went as often as we could. Nice gym that we used only a few times unfortunately. The 2nd deck is great for walking laps. The food was excellent as well as the service. We ate at the Chef’s table twice and Manfredo’s twice. Both very good. I really enjoyed the outside seating at breakfast and for lunch. The pool grill was very good for burgers and sandwiches. The included beer and wine with meals was an added bonus and plentiful. The included excursions are ok. I prefer private tours with smaller group. Some where better than others. We hired private guide in ast Petersburg. TJ Travel was excellent. We also had a private guide in Berlin who was also very good. We loved our cruise so much we booked a river cruise while on board. Viking has excellent customer service.
