Our cabin steward was horrible. Provided horrible service and kicked us out of our rooms continuously. We would leave for activities and leave the tag in the door to clean our room. Several hours later when we returned, the room was still not cleaned and the steward would then kick us out of our rooms so that she could clean.

The Shore Excursion staff sell by a bait and switch technique. Do not trust the videos on the TV about the excursions. Their excuse is that the videos were made for different ships and are not the excursion any longer. However, they do not tell you when you pay the price. Especially on the All Access Tour. When our tour was cut short due to a Bravo drill, there was no refund or consideration. They said they could have shown us pictures of the areas and that would have sufficed for the $119 tour.

Ship was clean but looking it's age. All staff except for the steward and Shore Excursions were very nice and helpful. CATS has been running 3 years now and it needs to go. More people walked out than stayed for the performance. All the shows are starting to get weary. Haven't changed them in three years. Menus are also the same for the past three years however food is good!.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin J2

Cabin was showing age. We had adjoining rooms with 9236 and had asked for the bed to be separate and apart. They weren't and steward showed her anger when we asked her to change. Nice sized cabin. I would recommend the Jr. Suite but hopefully you get a better steward.
