Saw the staff walking around in the baby play area with their shoes on even

My family of 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 14, 10, and 10 months) went on the Oasis of the Seas for our yearly vacation. Cabin was disappointing as it did not accommodate 4 people plus pack n play which was sold to me when I booked. So we were crammed in a room and baby had to sleep in our bed. One incident was when we attended a family game activity that took a rated "R" turn when the host said in front of many children "stick barbie dolls up your private". He used other choice of words but I will not repeat them. When I complained, guest services did nothing. I can never give that innocence back to my 10 yr old daughter. Cometley unacceptable. The food was disgusting so we ended up paying a fortune for the signature dining. I even met someone who's wife got food poisoning from the lobster that was served at the main dining.i will say the servers were actually really nice but seemed over worked. They were so busy that dinner took forever. We would be waiting about 20 -30 minutes between each course. Sometimes would not even see our server for about 30 min. The soda package was useless because the drink machines never worked and did not have ice. The kids program was not inviting. I went to take my daughter and we peeked in the window and saw about 5 kids playing UNO and the staff was sitting on the floor yawning. The kids had put a pair of sunglasses on a ball and my daughter said "they are so bored they had to resort to putting sunglasses on a ball". Another incident was when we went to play Bingo. The game started at 330 and they continued to allow people to keep coming and purchase cards for 50 min after the game was suppose to start. Then the electronic tablets that people were playing on kept going out. We had to keep stopping the game to get them fixed. The game ended up taking forever and we missed our next activity we were planning. When I went to the spa I got the worst overpriced manicure. Barely any massage and the paint was chipping by that evening. Not even sure how sanitary the items were. Overall I would not waste your money on this cruise. There were so many incidents that by the end of the cruise we were just done and ready to get off. We felt like we were nickled and dimed the whole trip.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 7D

Cabin was small and did not accommodate 2 adults plus 3 kids. Third kid being a baby and needing a pack n play. The cabin was designed for 5 people but not 4 plus a baby needing a pack n play. The management told me the room was big enough for 5 and to put our baby on the bed. I had to explain to them our baby could fall out of bed and it was unsafe. They would not switch us rooms so our baby ended up sleeping in between my husband and I the whole 7 nights. Not the vacation sleeping arrangements I was hoping for.
