To be honest I didn't have high expectations for this cruise and after reading some reviews, I knew to go in with an open mind. I will say, I was wrong. The Grand Classica was an incredible experience. The embarkation process was simple and the attendants were friendly and helpful. There were a large variety of foods available and everything my husband and I tried tasted good. The complimentary seating restaurant has delicious. My personal favorite was the Cajun Broiled Fish Fillet and Shrimp. Just thinking about it, my mouth salivates. Our cabin and ship was clean and there was always someone willing to help answer questions or guide us in the right direction. While on the cruise, there were tons of entertainment and activities available. One of my personal favorites were a Latin band playing meanwhile guests danced. When we arrived to the Bahamas, we decided to spend the day at the all inclusive Wyndham Grand Lucayan. The food was delicious and the alcoholic beverages were good quality with premium alcohol. We spent the day enjoying the pool, hot tub and the beach. The weather was wonderful, warm waters and sunny skies. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend this cruise if you are looking for a relaxing weekend gateway.
