Additional details

Sail Date: May 2018
Cabin: Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah (slightly limited view)

Embarkation was not very smooth. Waited in groups with a number. When it came time to board, stood outside in the rain, without umbrellas, to get through security,

Dining by reservation was a hassle if you wanted to change your time.

MDR service was often slow. Waited 45 minutes one evening to get appetizer.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah (slightly limited view)

Cabin B2

Plenty of drawer space. Obstruction wasn't really visible.

Port Reviews

Barcelona is great. So much to see and do. We have been here 3 other times.

Porto (Leixoes)

Would have liked more time here. Wanted to see the library but the queue was too long.

We needed more buses to go back to the ship. People waited for the last bus and had to stand part of the way back.

Did an independent tour of Normandy Beaches that was outstanding. Guide was passionate and very knowledgeable. He has dual citizenship with France and USA. Took us to his mother's home for lunch.

St. Peter Port (Guernsey)

Very cute town. Weather was cool but warmed up. Easy to navigate on your own.

Didn't care for this port. People were not as friendly as we experienced elsewhere.
