I have been on many cruises, and this one certainly didn't disappoint. The ship itself is very impressive and more massive than any ship I've ever sailed on. The first day was spent just exploring the ship and all it has to offer. There's no shortage of entertainment or things to do. Rock climbing wall, ice skating, casino, movies, bingo, crafting classes, spa, fitness center, pools, shopping, bars, restaurants, dance clubs, shows, comedy club, and so much more that slips my mind at the moment. My children enjoyed the kids Adventure Club and especially loved getting to stay up late doing whatever activities they had planned for that evening. The food in the main dining room was very good, much better than I remember it being on past cruises. Even the Windjammer Café had really good food and so much selection that there was always something that everyone liked, even my picky kids. The 24 hour pizza was delicious, always hot and fresh out of the oven. All in all it was a wonderful vacation for the whole family with something for everyone to enjoy. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 4D

Our cabin was decent size for 4 people. It did get a little tight when all the beds were down. I'm not sure if all of the cabins for 4 people have a fold out couch, but I have been on cruises before that had bunks that folded out of the wall at night instead of convertible couches. I think the bunks make for a little more walking room than the fold out couches do.

Port Reviews

Labadee

We just went to the beach and explored on our own. The beaches were beautiful and there were rafts, kayaks, snorkeling gear, etc. for rent if you wanted them. The ocean floor is a bit rocky, so it would have been nice to have some water shoes on. There were plenty of bars and the food at the buffet was really good. There was a Royal Caribbean shopping area and just past it there was a shopping area where the locals had goods for sale. Beware if you venture into the area that's not Royal Caribbean! Although we wanted to help out the community and buy their goods, they wouldn't get out of your face long enough for you to even shop. They hassled you from the moment you stepped food out of Royal Caribbean territory. It was very uncomfortable and extremely annoying, and eventually we just said forget this, and ended up spending our money at the Royal Caribbean shops to avoid being hassled.
