We went in with an open mind, but this cruise line disappointed. Like others our trip was negatively impacted by the volcano. We understand this and do not hold NCL responsible for that. However the communication was horrible. We arrived on Saturday and boarded the boat to find out that it was going nowhere. That is unacceptable. NCL saved a ton a money in fuel and at least should have taken us out to sea or let us know we didn't have to report to the boat until Sunday. It was an entire wasted day. Pass on that savings of money to the passengers, but NCL pocketed it without so much as a credit to their consumers.

NCL seems to be focused on the almighty dollar. My impression was they claim to want to protect the environment, but have nowhere to refill water bottles, nor will they let you bring them on the ship. They want you to purchase from them... putting more plastic into the environment.

Dining was a nightmare in the main restaurants. Expect to take a minimum of 75 minutes up to 120 minutes for "service" at Skyline or Liberty. Portions are extremely small. Dessert on the menu was literally canned fruit when the fruit option was chosen. It was an embarrassment. What a disappointment. The lava cake was good and enjoyed!

Tight with three adults.

Back of ship location (I liked this). Easy walk to buffet and pool areas, fitness centers.
