We went with a family group, all mid 40's and no children. The cruise was good but not great. We chose a larger balcony room therefore for us the room was great. The staff are good, some are very good and some not so good. There were about 3 crew members that really went out of their way to please you.

The shore excursions were very average, with one or more stops to take you someplace they had a deal with. I find this almost a scam, I don't want to be at the same winery with 8 other buses fighting my way to get the one glass of wine. It's mostly is not a pleasant experience. The tour guides, however, on the buses, were great and very informative. You could tell they knew their stuff.

The biggest annoyance for me was the fact I was unable to get food outside of meal times! There was no snack bar open past 11 pm and room service was 7.95 just for delivery. I could not get ice cream or a snack at 11 pm anywhere. I feel this side of things on this ship is extremely lacking. Read more
