I only experienced the smell everyone is talking about once and that was walking from the fun hub to casino. The food quality was really bad. Even the chocolate melting cake was very runny except the last night it was good. The dining wait staff the first night we had a terrible waiter he got replaced after first night with a lady she was very good she would have been better but her side kicked was lazy and would disappear for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Never had to wait in long lines for anything. I missed the pins this year I think it is terrible that only platinum get them now. Also we never seen the captain we didn't go to the captains reception because it used to be free now it was on;y a dollar off and the drinks were high priced. also with the drinks i had coupons for 4 free drinks certain bars didn't charge anything for it but some bars charge you for th ice and tip. That is just wrong. Laser show was a joke replace it with something else please. No one go in the disco anymore this should be replaced and make casino bigger you make more money there. The shows were great. Never had a problem with lido deck finding a chair. You could not find a salt shaker to save your butt but i don't like salt anyway. What happened to horse races and if older people don't like bingo or gambling there is nothing to do but eat and sleep. They should change there routine the same jokes about the elevator going from back of ship to the front and the pats of butter on pillows is getting old. The ship was gorgeous but the staff could be better not pleasant and never acknowledged you by name.Embarkation and disembark were never this easy that was a plus.
