We love Royal, it’s our favorite line, with Norwegian right on its coattail! However, this particular voyage was my least favorite! The ship was nice. I would say this ship is fun for families. More kids than I would prefer. However, when it came to service, this ship lacked for us! Service is so important on a cruise, it can really dictate whether you have a good time or a not so good time! For me, based on service alone, I wouldn’t return to the Oasis. Overall, crew were either, boring, confused,unfriendly, lacking in gumption, lacking in people skills or just plain rude! On a happier note, we loved the Park! It was beautiful! We loved the Park Cafe as it was on floor 8, as were we! My husband loved the bagels every morning! I would give Oasis’s sister ships a try! The Aqua theatre was also an exciting treat!
