Skagway (train ride) and Glacier Bay were highlights.
Had some problems with Princess and the ship. We were promised a room on an upper deck (14 or 15). They put us on deck 8.
My room key wouldn't work on 5 of the 7 days. Kept taking it back to the front desk to fix it once and for all and all they would do is give me another room key (that also failed).
