Sailed on the liberty on Jan 10, 2010 with 7 others. My cabin mate was a dear friend ( ofr more than 35 yrs) who now lives in FLA. I felw into the west coast of FLA on Fri evening and spent 2 nights at her house and then we drove over to Miami on Sunday morning. We got to the prot at 11:20 - dropped our luggage anf got a great parkig space on ground level right across from the entrance to te ship. Only line was a small one at the bottom of the escalator and getting trhough security - but once inside since we were platinum - we were wisked right through and we were in the WIndjammer by noon! Ran into 4 of our friends there and after lunch they headed to the dining room to set up out MY TIME DINING! It was fabulous! We decided to dine around 7:30-7:45 every night and we were shown a lovely window table and told we would more than likely be able to have it every night - which we did - one night we even changed to 8:30 so we could attend the platinum/diamond event and we still had the same table. Our servers Bien and Savio were FABULOUS and took good care of us! Everyoe at the table got 2 lobsters on the seafood night! One tip I would give you - give the gal at the front desk a tip when making the arrangements and they will take good care of you ..the $10 was money well spent for great service!
Best lounge singer was Matt Yee in the Schooner - he got us all involved and his venue was packed EVERY time he played. Love and Marriage is not ot be missed and the Quest game as well - no matter how many times you see it - it is always funny. Ice show was also really great!
Our cabin was great - balcony toward the back on 9 .. steward was Jackie and she was wonderful - friends were in the next cabin so they opened the balcony for us so we could go back and forth easily.
