We just returned from another wonderful RC cruise. There are several reasons why we choose RC over other cruise lines. The staff, service and food are second to none. It is obvious that the staff are treated well by RC, as it is reflected in their smiles and attentiveness to the passengers. The dining room and bar staff went above and beyond normal expectations. The entertainment, particularly the comedians, was very enjoyable.

The ship itself is in need of renovation. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and grout coming out. Old style decor. We were not impressed with the photography or background choices. RC should really get up to date with online pictures and not waste all of that paper, not to mention the hassle of trying to find the photos.

RC does need to take a page out of Carnival's embarkation and disembarkation play book. That is the only positive comment I can make regarding Carnival.

Port Reviews

Barbados

Beautiful turquoise water and soft, lush, white sandy beaches. Awe-inspiring portraits on the warehouse doors at the port.
