We were celebrating our 35 wedding anniversary. We invited a few friends and it ended at 28 people coming with us. It started at Pearl Harbor and the Arizona was closed due to repairs. The tour guide did not notify us about the closure until we into the exhibit.

The ship was fine and we were treated special because I reserved a suite. The suite was great and our butler was excellent ( Ceser).

We were kept in the port for a extra day which messed up our already excursions which were planned for Maui and we could not rebook them because the tour guide was already booked for the other days. We were not notified about the itinerary change until we boarded the ship. Then they also told us that we would still be going to Kona on the big island on Wednesday but on Tuesday they again changed the itinerary at the last moment and we had a day at sea. No reimbursement, no perks, no trip around the big island to at least see the volcano, no apology, no nothing. Also this is a small thing but they did not have straws on the ship because they changing to paper straws. Come on a huge corporation like this and they can not have a smooth transition to paper straws???? I upgraded to a suite for our anniversary and really did not get what I paid the extra money for. Felt totally taken. Would not recommend this trip to anyone. Do not believe what they are telling you about the new itinerary.

Great cabin with all the amenities. Over paid but it was our 35th anniversary and Hawaii. Ceser our butler was great and helped with many things. He booked a helicopter ride for us when we could not book it on the ship and also reserved a rental car for us while we at sea for the following day.
