Our cruise was 28 day, Transatlantic & Baltic itinerary. From boarding in Ft Lauderdale to leaving the ship in Copenhagen everything went well. The cabin stewards were attentive, the wait staff in both the Lido and MDR were exceptional. I'd like to say we ate in one of the alternative restaurants, however the food was so good in the MDR, we never felt the need to eat elsewhere. The music venues were eclectic in that there was a venue for most musical taste. America's Test Kitchen was always well attended.
The Captain and his crew kept us well Informed of weather or delays. We had exceptional weather throughout the entire cruise. It was the warmest May on record for Northern Europe. We were able to use our balcony the whole trip. Did not part in any of the ship tours, however in some ports the Hop on Off Bus was at the dock and u could change to u our room, very convenient. I did find that the EXC tour guides on board did a great job on their port presentation. Not only did they give info about the ships tours but also how to get around on ur own. Never had this happen before, usually if u weren't on a ships tour, too bad. Kudos to HAL for going beyond the norm.
Great service from Sun & Enis. These guys work hard.
