We chose the ship to head to Cuba.We read the ship was recently renovated WE COULDN'T TELL.With expection to our main dining staff we often felt as though we were bothering them. In port at Cuba I used NCL cruise FREE wifi instead of the unreliable 14 dollar a day Royal Do not pick any room in 9160-9180 as you will be above a NIGHT CLUB that ends at roughly 2am. The photographs were a joke my 8 year old takes clear photos my group family photo the actually printed 3 photos with my sister in law eyes closed. The bartender at the schooner bar told me it was his first contract and he didn't like it and his attitude showed it to say the least. Chops booked my party of 17 but then made us all sit separately so much for a family dinner. To say my expectation of this cruise was far from met is nothing more than truth.
