We chose Marella for the itinerary and we live 2 hours from Newcastle. We had great memory of Thomson Dream in the Caribbean.

We chose Inter-cruise bus to get us to Newcastle. The sight at our arrival was like refugees with suitcases trying to escape. After 15 mins we were sent to a car park.Given our envelope with tags and cards. In the hall we were given a number. As we booked a suite we were priority boarding. In the noise of hundreds of passengers we heard the announcement ,we could go and register. It would have been helpful.if staff had been trained to advise customers about the announcements. No special dedicated lanes whatsoever. Discovery was suppose to leave at 4pm.We left at 8pm.BAD

Once on board we were met by our great cabin attendant, from Nepal,Prakash.
