Excellent trip to Kilkenny to visit the original site of Smithwick's.

Cruise tour to Stirling Castle. Would have rated as excellent if we had been given sufficient time to properly tour the castle.

Greenock (Glasgow)

Wonderful castle to explore and beautiful scenery in Beaumarais.

We booked RCI's "Cork City and Irish Whiskey" Tour which we really enjoyed. Coach tour through the city of Cork before going to the Jamieson Distillery for a tour. Give yourself enough time to walk in to Cobh from the ship though - lovely town.

Guided bus tour through a large portion of the island.

St. Peter Port (Guernsey)

A full day tour that took us through the English countryside to see Kent, on to Canterbury for two hours of time during which we visited the Canterbury Catherdral and then finishing at Leeds Castle where we had ample time to see the castle and enjoy some of the long weekend festivities on the grounds.

Pre-cruise we made sure to do a canal cruise, spend a half day at the Van Gogh museum and also visited the Rijksmuseum.

Amsterdam

As it turns out I had the wrong tour time info banging around in my head and thought we would have a few hours back in Cobh but we only had about half an hour left before our all-aboard time so we decided to pop into the shopping available at the pier and picked up a few souvenirs here before heading back to the ship and finding a nice spot from which to enjoy another beautiful sail away.There was also shopping set up in the cruise terminal for us which was nice given that by the time we got back to port it had begun to rain very lightly and walking into town became unappealing - it was also Sunday and we weren't sure how late the shops would be open.
