I have sailed on the Island Escape 4 times,but i will not be going on it again unless it has a huge overhaul.We sailed from 8th-15thjan.on the cruise colourful coasts.We had only been on the ship 2 days when we were informed by the captain of a virus,and told all people who became ill must stay in there cabins and remain there untill given the all clear by the doctor.We were not allowed too put our own food on our plates,this was done by the staff.We spoke too many people who had been confined too there cabins for 2-4 days.At night we got very little sleep due too the ship rocking and none stop banging.I have in the past recomended this ship but willdo so no more.Our cabin was very small and basic the handbasin plug was rusty and the soap holders needed a good clean,there were chipped and cracked tiles in the shower cubicle.The ship needs a complete over haul NOW.
