My husband and I wanted to go to Cuba, however we were worried about being sea sick. Therefore we chose this short cruise from Port Canaveral to Key West then to Cuba. The staff were extremely friendly, plenty of entertainment (trivia, gameshows, music shows, etc), you can eat and drink anytime. Embarking and disembarking went very smoothly (especially since we had never went on a cruise before and didn't know what the procedures were). From what I have heard the boat was just remolded and alot of of the "hacks" I read about we didn't need. The showers have clotheslines inside them. Tons of storage with hooks to hang things. We did the 6 hour tour (3 hours walking and 3 hours by car) with Havanacar.net Cuba which we arranged online prior to our cruise. This was AMAZING!!!! After speaking to many people on the boat the next day (booking through the cruise ship or online) we had the best experience. We can't wait to go again.
Very surprised on the size of the room. It was very comfortable for both my husband and myself. Tons of storage to keep things put away to make the room feel cozy.
Very hot walking around for the few hours we were in Key West. There was a long line a Mile 0. Plan on waiting there for about 30 minutes before you can get your picture. The walk will take about 20 minutes from where the train drops you off on Front Street from the boat.
