The embarkation process was pretty slow. When we arrived at our room, the door was wide open, wires hanging from the ceiling and the ceiling light fixtures were on the table. This was fixed the first night. Our luggage arrived two hours after the deadline. Our room steward was awful.....never vacuuming up the massive fuzz created by the new carpet, never taking away our dirty dishes, or replenishing our coffee supply and cups. We never saw him after the first day and we never got the cute towel animals or turn down service as requested. I complained to the front desk twice about this. The room itself was spacious, and I loved the full size tub and shower. The muster drill was chaotic at best. The Tendering was bad both times. We lost hours in port due to a very disorganized process. Nearly everyone I met on the ship was sick and coughing. The public restrooms were constantly out of order and overflowing. The elevators would not work at all. One bank would never light up and the other had the up and down mixed up. Be ready to take the stairs! The food was mediocre....runny scrambled eggs every single day. Service in the specialty steakhouse was lackluster at best. And the disembarkation process was a huge cluster as well, being delayed for hours. The only good thing about this cruise was the amazing itinerary.
