Check in was very slow and not enough staff Three counters to cater for many guests
Three different processes for checking in and the credit card for a/c payment was not done Self Service with that on a machine near Guest Services desk no one to help Security was very poor my wife used my card to disembark without any check and I was rejected with her card so much for a photo I.D.
Guest Services need further training with regard to back to back cruises. One staff member told us just click off and click back on Sunday in Copenhagen Not true
Average The soap dispenser was totally empty when we entered the cabin
The toilet seat needed to be tightened but this was reported but never done

Towels were very worn and most nights we had a knock at the door any time from 10 pm to 10.30 pm to put the Daily News under the door very annoying if you needed to know
what time to get to the lounge for your excursion the next day Reported this but still it continued Staff obviously don't understand ENGLISH
