Princess kids program is a joke. If you are considering bringing young ones on this ship.......please rethink and book with another cruise line. There were only small hand full of kids on the ship and they combined our under 5 years old and they combined the teenagers with our toddlers. Just because there are only a few toddlers on the ship should not mean the level of service lowers. The girl working in the kids room played WII and foosball with the older kids the entire time and paid ZERO attention to our two toddlers. After going to the kids room for 2 week (this was a 25 day cruise), she didnt even know our kids names.

The ship is falling apart and on the 8th floor, they had buckets and blowers everywhere from the water coming in through the roof. Word was that a pipe burst and couple cruises back and they could not find where all the water was coming from. This ship just came from dry dock.......but not really sure what they did to recondition it. Everything is beat up and old.

We are elite with Princess and this has been our worst experience yet with this cruise line.

We had two interior rooms at the front of the ship. Do NOT ever book at the front of the ship. Ugh
