I paid CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES over $1,600 for excursions in the Eastern Caribbean.  One of the excursions I purchased was a 1 hour helicopter ride over the rain forests, in San Juan.  We paid $520 for this, and when we got off the ship the excursion people met us and took us for a 9 minute, YES 9 minute!!!, ride over the city of San Juan (NOT A 1 HOUR RIDE OVER THE RAIN FOREST - A 9 MINUTE RIDE OVER THE CITY OF SAN JUAN).  I complained to the excursion people and they couldn't care less. I called Carnival after the cruise and they offered me a $25 credit per person TOWARDS A FUTURE CRUISE.  I AM DISPUTING THIS ON MY VISA CHARGE, AND WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY ON CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES AGAIN.  I go on a cruise every year, and this was the FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER GIVE CARNIVAL ANY MONEY.  This is extremely poor customer service.  Additionally, the food, entertainment and room were less than average.  Very disappointed in this vacation.

They have Vegas level entertainment, the state rooms are much nicer, baggage transfers and excursions went off without any issues and great customer service.The level of entertainment should be very high.
