We flew to the US specifically for this cruise. Extremely disappointed. Service was non-existent, we were constantly made to feel as an inconvenience in the main dining room and Chops Grille was terrible with service and food. We were left standing in the middle of the dining room while we waited for a table as there was no organisation. The food was so disappointing, some food was inedible and had to be sent back. Each time I dined in the main dining room I left hungry. Having a different server each time made for poor service and they seemed uninterested and didnt want to be there, until the last night when the whole atmosphere changed and they asked us to rate them 9 or 10 on the survey.

Chops, we were a total inconvenience to them. I had dined at this restuarant on the Explorer and couldnt wait to do so again, and the food was terrible, my partner and I both ordered 16 oz steaks and mine was the worst steak Ive ever been served. The server came with the gravy and just slopped a small amount next to my steak didnt even ask how much I wanted. The steak was full of fat and gristle and I was so upset by this and the poor service. The table server barely had time for us and when I was speaking to him he just walked away whilst I was speaking. I had the wedge salad and it was just thrown on a plate. The lack of service and care in chops was incredibly disappointing.

There were no pool chairs available the majority of our trip. Passengers left towels and belongings on pool chairs for hours on end which was highly annoying as there were signs saying there was a 30 minute limit but nothing reinforced by RC. Because of this I didnt even get a swim in the pool, or use the slides because there were kids everywhere. The ship was ruled by kids. We spent the last 2 days of our cruise in our room because we couldnt find anywhere else to sit in the ship, watching the terrible TV.
