We choose this cruise because in the past we've cruised with Princess and have been very pleased. Also had all the ports of call we wanted to visit. The entertainment was good and the excursions were good and our cabin service was wonderful. The dining was not good at all. Too many "gourmet" dishes. It was like they were trying too hard. Everything covered in sauces we did not want and too spicy. Not enough just good food. We had to wait over an hour one night to get seated.

The main issue was the casino. I was traveling with three other people and we all played a lot of slots, but nothing seemed to pay off. I knew It's all Luck, but we did not talk to anyone that seemed to be winning at the slots. Not even a little pay off. One of the passengers failed to cash out on a machine and he accused the next person of taking his $99. He verbally attacked the person playing the machine and demanded they give him his $99. That person said the $99 was not on the machine when they put their card in and did not check the balance on their card, and they had been playing the machine awhile and had no idea what the balance on their card was. The casino staff got involved and handled the situation very badly. The staff harassed the player to pay the guy the $99. The player pulled out $100 and gave the money to the casino staff member, to end the situation although they had no idea if they owed this money or not. The poor player did the right thing. If the casino thought the guy failed to cash out they should have paid him the $99. What is $99 to a casino taking in thousands and thousands of dollars. They should never have harassed another passenger that had no idea what really happened.
