This was my first, and maybe last, cruise. I don't feel there were enough activities on board so sometimes we wandered the ship aimlessly.

The ship felt dated. It sill uses fluorescent bulbs when suitable LED replacements exist. They often disabled one or two elevators in the bank so it could get very slow as the remaining picked up the load.

The shore excursions were pretty fun but it wasn't uncommon to be on a bus/van on horrible roads for an hour each way. I feel like I would want more time to actually explore a bit but the window is generally only eight hours for arrival to departure.

Cabin 8A

The cabin was cozy. I think the beds are in the wrong orientation as you tend to rock side to side, I slept mostly on the couch as the rocking was more gentle when going head to toe rather than shoulder to shoulder like in the beds. . The fit and finish of the room was ok but the luster was certainly gone. I was surprised to see so many fluorescent bulbs considering we live in an LED world now, it felt old.
