We were disappointed in the following:

1. The adults only solarium area on the ship had kids in it all the time. We even said something to someone and their response was “well as long as their parents are with them they will be fine”. Very disappointed. We came without our kids so we didn’t have to deal with them and the only adults only place allowed kids in there

2. There was supposed to be no smoking allowed on the room balconies. We booked a balcony to be able to sit outside and enjoy the evening and morning and we had someone smoking out on their deck all the time. We even told someone about it and nothing was done about it. Read more
