We choice this cruise because we want to see the glacier in Tracy bay, we didn't get into see the glaciers due to flowing ice in the arm area. Do NOT book spa services ahead of cruise you can get better deals on the ship (they provide discounts) that they don't provide on the internet. SAD. Do NOT book a meal at the Crown Grill the food was disappointing and you can't send it back without them charging you an additional $29 for each meal. Our river rafting was a JOKE we got stuck on several rocks due to very little water in the river they should have cancelled the excursion and gave us a refund but no. They also cancelled the White Train excursion but it was cancelled too, due to a rockslide that damaged part of the train track which we understand, but we had to scramble to find another excursion the night before.
