so very disappointed in areas of this beautiful ship.

1. We purchased the Vibe area passes ($100 pp) for the week...great purchase with a few issues - the hot tub (the only water feature in the area) did not work all week...the water was luke warm at best and the jets did not work...when we asked the crew they sent up a maintenance person who said that it would be looked into...the issue was not fixed. If you are going to charge people for an area then all units in that area should work!

2. The service in the main restaurants was horrible. The wait staff was not at all friendly and rushed you thru the meal. They would bring the appetizer and before you even finished that they were putting the main course on the table...the food was just average (and that's being generous) .. there was nothing special about the food at all and the presentation was non-existent.
