On arriving in Fort Lauderdale from Canada, it was shocking to find it was almost as cold as Canada,On Monday we boarded the ship with ease, found our cabin with a lovely balcony and spent most of the next few hours getting our bearings. The ship was beautiful, very new and modern, the stateroom was very good, after some minor setbacks with seating arrangements for dinner, everything was smooth sailing,(well not exactly, the seas were a little rough).Food was great, evening entertainment was fairly good. Room service was exceptional, with a small exception, we ordered champagne for a specific day but it arrived two days early. The ports of call were nothing to write home about. We did a 10 hour excursion in Costa Rica, it poured rain for the whole day. Very expensive tour, our suggestion would be to cancel shore trips if rain is forecast for the whole day, since it was organized by the cruise line. During our trip over 300 people became ill, we do not know the cause but it was a little disturbing. We did not become ill, but several of our friends did including my brother.(his first cruise). At this point we would still use Celebrity, but am considering another ship.

Cabin Review

Great balcony, good location, everything very modern, Internet access too expensive.Cabin well designed, we just loved lying out on our balcony with a book and a drink.
