Our cruise was exceptional with top rated service. Our main disappointments were in wind jammer food selections, the wrong and tattered furniture in our room and throughout the ship. Our room location Central park balcony was an awesome location, better than outside balconies we have done previously. The overall cleanliness of the ship was very good. Dining room staff and food was exceptional! The ships activities were very nice, all the stores had very friendly and knowledgeable staff, pricing was a little higher than back home. The art auction was AWESOME. My wife and I have attended many art auctions on previous ships and by far this was our best experience ever. We purchased a few pieces at a great price. The auctioneer and team was magnificent, selection of art was a nice variety and very reasonably priced. The onboarding process was not very smooth until reaching the documentation area. There were a couple of elderly people attempting to direct in the direction you need to go but didnt fo such a good job. Once we reached the counters to present our cruise documents we sailed through. Another area of disappointment was the pools as there were many guests with drinks and food in the pools, yes disgusting, so unfortunately I didnt spend any time in the pools. RC MUST put an end to this, not into being the the pool with food and variety of drinks in the water.

The cabin space and location was excellent. The sofa was worn and tattered and carpet was stained which was a BIG disappointment. Our stateroom attendant was excellent.
