We booked an interior room to save money, and the cabin was very nice. Very clean, and lots of storage. A family of four had no problem finding a place for everything, even though I felt we overpacked.

After a 15-minutes ride on the tinder boat, we reached the beautiful Balmoral Island. It was by far the nicest of any of the other places we've visited on cruises. The beach was pristine, plenty of seats and umbrellas. You could see the ground the water was so clear. We rented snorkeling equipment here and had a blast. 

The dolphin swim lasted roughly 45 minutes. Everyone got a chance to touch the dolphins as they swam by many times, dance with the dolphins, hold the dolphins, and kiss the dolphins. The only negative here was that they wouldn't let you take photos, and the photo package was super expensive. Something like $100 for a disc only (nothing printed) of 10 images, or $140 for a disc that included images and a video. I didn't bring enough cash for this and anything else, unfortunately. Next time I'll be better prepared.

Watch out for scammers! At the market, I pulled out a $20 to pay for two sodas and two candy bars, and the cashier said the price of the items was $20 without ringing up anything.

While Princess Cays is beautiful and offers plenty of seating and shelter from the sun, it's not the best beach to play on. It was extremely rocky and difficult to get in and out of. 

As mentioned in the initial review, this excursion was a waste. We were told we could get our water bike until a certain time and when we went by an hour before it ended, they had shut it down. The workers were napping on the picnic table. Carnival wouldn't give us an appropriate refund for this.

Snorkeling was a bust. The water was too cloudy and you couldn't see anything.

We sailed on the Carnival Ecstasy for our first cruise six years ago and decided to go on this ship again since the port is so close.They had plenty of staff available, so even lines that seemed long at first went by extremely quickly.
