Over all my experience was good not amazing like my usual royal Caribbean experience. I had an issue ordering more macaroons to my room I ordered online for room delivery for 15.99 and when I went to order more at the front desk the first time and I was told I needed to purchase the macaroons with wine for 50 dollars . The cookies were for my daughter so she didn’t need wine and then was offered 2 boxes macaroons for 50 dollars which was completely irrational when I spent 15.99 for only 6 cookies originally. Then when I brought the issue back to the front desk the a second time I was told I could get 1 box of 6 cookies for 50 dollars which was worst then the first two offers but luckily my front desk guest service lady’s who I named below were amazing and gave me a different alternative and I was able to purchase them at a reasonable price at one of our ports. The wine tasting I was very disappointed with. My wine tasting on the navigator was an 11 out of 10 compared to the 4 Out of 10 I give the allure wine tasting. The staff interaction was barely their we were given small small portions of wine to taste then were basically rushed out by the waiters who started to take our plates and things before we were finished. Felt completely rushed and the experience was nothing compared to the wines around the world I have experienced on other ships. Very disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in customer service.

And very disappointed with the short time spent in Puerto Rico it was one of the ports I really wanted to go to but we weren’t there long at all we had to be back on the boat by 1:30 and a lot of shops and vendors didn’t open to 12 or later. BUT These individuals stood out the most to me, each of these individuals gave 100% and I give them each a 20 out of 10! Corine from Jamaica is an amazing asset to your company no matter where I was on the ship if she was there she was assisting in any way possible helped me numerous times and also helped my uncle who has an arm injury and was to carry things. Amazing lady very thankful to her.

Fatima from the Philippines was very helpful in the windjammer. She was so personable and made me and my family feel so welcome. Her customer service was excellent and her friendliness made us feel right at home with every visit. Cynthia from the Philippines is an outstanding worker. Everyday she made it her business to make sure we were ok. She knew us by name! Very friendly very knowledgeable. All around great person and a great part to our trip! Jervin from India in Johnny rockets was the best part of our Johnny rockets experience! His customer service was amazing his friendliness was outstanding! My dad went everyday just because of him and his customer service on our first visit on our trip. The experience couldn’t have been better in Johnny rockets because of Jervin! Anton from India is a wonderful leader! He was on top of everything! No matter where you saw him he was on his A game! Him and Jorge were so attentive and remembered the things we liked every night in silk Our dinning room. They made dinner joyful and the service was BEYOND WORDS THESE TWO WERE INCREDIBLE!!! Bj the sous chef needs to keep up the good work!! He came and made sure everything was ok all the time! In the dinning room in the solarium he was so helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed couldn’t have asked for a better sous chef !
