Cabin: Spacious Ocean View Balcony
Staff was not very helpful when asking a question. Many times once they realized you were not purchasing one of the add on products the staff would simply walk away.
Communication while on board the ship was lacking, confusing and not very accurate when you did receive some communications. Just did not appear the crew knew what was going on around the ship. Also did not appear to have a positive attitude.
Not service oriented but rather more interested in selling the add on products.

Cabin was clean but did show it was in need of refurbishment.

Key West was interesting. Walked around Duval street and did some shopping. Walked to the southern most point.
