Embarkation and disembarkation were smooth and quick. But the food was horrible. In 7 days I never got a piece of seafood that wasn't overcooked, nor a piece of beef that wasn't tough. Lobster was inedible. Desserts were beautiful but not tasty (I was really looking forward to the ice cream because I'm addicted to it, but it was icy and full of crystals). Chocolate was all dark and bitter. And that was the main dining room. The Marketplace buffet was no better...just a bigger selection of bad. Even the upscale Crown Grill was awful. Neither my husband nor I could eat our ribeyes..so tough and full of gristle. We even had a green fly land on the food. Room was small and the toy shower was a joke. So was the entertainment in the princess theater except the last night. That was very good. The comic was also funny on one night. Some elevators didn't work and they had buckets sitting in dining areas to catch water from leaks. Thank goodness the bed and pillows were wonderful and comfortable. Other cruisers we talked to had some of the same opinions. Oh, the end of cruise sales were no sales. Very overpriced. It was next to impossible to get room or guest services on the phone. And when we did get room service they brought tea with either no sweeteners or nothing to stir with. Room steward was nice and helpful, but so short she couldn't reach the ceiling to clean the dirty vent in the bathroom, which my husband did himself so nothing would fall out of it on us. We did have a couple of good servers which we acknowledged personally.
Ok, but very small. No loveseat like most other lines. Deck chairs were nice.
