This was my wife’s first cruise and cruise planners suggested NCL as the best. We can now confirm Debbie Wegner was 100% correct. We experienced nothing but the best service the whole cruise. One major example was on our last excursion in Mexico. My wife had a medical emergency. She was transported to the hospital and the sun and fun tour personnel stayed with us the whole time. Addy Chi made sure she stayed in constant contact with the ship and her company to ensure they knew our situation. She made the heroic efforts to get us back to the ship before it departed. The NCl crew agreed to delay the departure for 30 minutes to allow us to get back to Cozumel. We made it with just one minute to spare. This was made possible by all the coordination between Addy, sun and fun as well as the ncl crew. Then as soon as we were back on board the ship had sweets in our room and had already credited us for the excursion which was not expected. We will definitely make NCL our cruise line of choice from now on.
