We do enjoy NCL cruises (2-3/yr), yet there are always ways to improve service and value for our dollars. Here are my suggestions
The ship is clean, altho the layout is one of those confusing ones - 6th deck dining rooms require a map to find them- and it's a different route for each. Entertainment was basic and good. Activities were abundant, and Ferdie Cruise Dir is very engaging and funny. Yet it is difficult to understand some staff accents.
Embarkation process was really messy. They delayed the times so the dock was packed with passengers. Altho we had an express Platinum line, the Man working it was clueless - he took a full 15-minutes with one group which he escorted to another line leaving Platinums in line waiting for another 5 minutes. Staffing was NOT up to par.
other than being among the smallest balcony rooms, no issues. It was clean and equipped.
