Our overall cruise experience was good. Staff were excellent. However, the cabin was disgusting! It is in dire need of renovation. Paint bubbling on the ceiling, lounge chair grubby torn and disgusting. Very disappointing. From this experience alone, we would not cruise with Royal Caribbean again! Dining room staff were delightful and couldn't do enough for you. In fact all staff were fantastic. The entertainment was good. Some were excellent and others, good. The ship is in need of a complete makeover in my opinion. If all cabins are in the same state as the one we were in, then the makeover needs to happen sooner rather than later. Some of the excursions were wonderful. Others, not so much. The stop in Messina was ordinary. The highlightnthere was the Basilica which put on a clock show at 12 midday. All other ports had things to do and great places to go. Enjoy your cruise BUT don't accept cabin 2028.
