Very sub standard

All meals were Luke warm in the buffet area and main restaurants. There was no variety in the food offered. It was the same everyday. No tea and coffee facilities in the cabin or offered in the waitress service restaurants.

The balcony rcabin was lovely but the bed linen was itchy even though we asked for it to be changed a few times.

I would not recommend this ship.

The ship was quite rocky on the way back and a feeling of severe nausea was suffered for 2 hours.

The ports of call were lovely. The receptionists were very unhelpful when we tried to arrange transfer from the port to the airport. They said they had closed their offer and there were not any spaces left!! Even though we ask 3 days before departure.

I would not recommend any of the MSC ships as we had such a bad experience with this one. Even writing to MSC they haven’t even replied to our complaint!
